The SRM9030plus control head is the latest addition to Simoco’s SRM9000 series of mobile radios.
The head is backward compatible with existing SRM9000transceivers and radio software. The large high contrast, bright white LCDs give easy-to-read text and the universal function key layout with 12-button keypad, six programmable buttons and two dedicated call buttons makes the control head user friendly.
Enhancements to the keymat provide tactile feedback and a reinforced front cover design ensures the head will survive the toughest environments.
The device is accompanied by a new style ruggedised microphone. An optional keypad microphone is also available providing a flexible product.
Electrical and noise immunity improvements have also been incorporated.
