The R&SOSP is an open platform for fast and easy implementation of RF switch and control tasks. Different models and optional modules make the platform suitable for a wide range of applications. It can transition from simple RF switch functions to the complex RF wiring of EMC systems, for example.

The various platform models have been optimised to meet the individual requirements and to ensure a favourable price/performance ratio.

At a glance
In view of complex or remote switching tasks, as well as later expansion, the OSP150 extension unit is a suitable addition to an OSP base unit.

Compact
Like the other units of the platform, the OSP150 is accommodated in a 19" wide cabinet of two height units.

Powerful control and RF relay modules
The switch and control modules are inserted into the three rear module slots. The 18 GHz RF relays and 16-bit input/output modules can be combined as required and enable the user to configure the OSP cost-efficiently according to the application at hand.

Easy control and system integration
The extension units are controlled from the base unit. After connection via the CAN bus, the base unit detects the connected extension units and their configuration. The OSP can be configured from an application program or via the operating software supplied.

Low emission
The CAN bus is especially suited for use in interference-sensitive applications, since signals are present on the lines only during the control processes.
