Call for papers

You are invited to submit proposals for RadioComms Connect 2008 Conference, to be held at Telstra Dome, Melbourne, November 18-19, 2008.

All submissions welcome

This conference will bring together experts who have a wide range of knowledge and experience in the field of professional and commercial radio/wireless communications.

Presentation topics could include papers in the following fields, but are not limited to:

• Mission critical digital
• Spectrum use & licensing
• Ensuring the future supply of radio technicians - How can this be achieved?
• Public safety & emergency systems - Rapid deployment
• Advances in digital radio
• Radio Over IP
• Antenna developments
• The development and use of local wireless networks

What is required of you?

Write a technical paper and present this at the conference using PowerPoint to illustrate your main points. The paper should be educational, informative and technical in nature. Presentations are not to be promotional, or focus on a company's services or products .

If you would like to present at the conference please send a 100 word abstract, outlining the topic you would like to put forward for consideration.
